Booking, Rescheduling, & Refunds

Each session is carefully prepared to provide meaningful and personalized guidance. As such, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate a new time that works for you.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is a priority. Only essential information required for booking and communication is stored securely, and all financial transactions are processed through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processor.

For virtual sessions conducted via Zoom, recordings are temporarily saved to cloud storage for client access and will be deleted shortly after the session. It is your responsibility to download and save any recordings you wish to retain.
